Customer Service Academic Internship

As a Customer Service Intern, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and customers. This academic internship is designed to give you practical experience in the field of customer service, allowing you to develop communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Working closely with our customer service team, you will contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and assist in resolving inquiries and issues.


This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

Customer Support

  •  Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 

Issue Resolution

  • Assist in resolving customer concerns, complaints, and issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.

Product Knowledge

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to address customer queries effectively.
  • Stay updated on product changes and updates

Communication

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Work closely with team members to share customer feedback and insights 

Must Have

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (Business, Communication, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly creative and autonomous

  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and software
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
